Ntomani is located in Guija district, an area endowed with a rich cultural heritage, agriculture production in cotton, maize and livestock, as well as natural resources mainly coal and minerals.
In contrast to the water resources and land available, Guija district battles with poverty and unemployment. Ntomani seeks to release economic value for the Guija district by creating an average 7000 jobs with this intervention. Strategically located close to the bank of the Limpopo river, Ntomani irrigates its 12000 hectares from the Massingir dam w located on the Rio dos Elefantes, a major tributary of the Limpopo river making it highly suitable for agricultural production.
